Take the Waters does not offer refunds, does not offer store credit, and has an exchange policy only. We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during the shipping process. Additionally, we are not responsible for items sent to wrong addresses entered upon by purchaser.
Dang it! Is your item not a good fit? Email email@example.com to request an exchange for another size. A reply email will be sent to you.
If exchanging, please note the following:
- We only accept exchanges if: your purchase is the wrong size; the item has not been previously worn; if the requested size is available/in stock; and if your request for exchange has been made within 5 days of being delivered to you.
- Item must be returned in original condition, and packaged with care. This means item is: free of deodorant; free of hair; free of smoke and perfumes; free of damage and stains; unwashed; and appropriately packaged.
- You will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
- Please obtain a tracking number for proof of delivery. Take the Waters is not responsible for lost shipments sent to us for an exchange.
- Exchange items are only sent to you upon arrival of original purchased item.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Original item must be received by us within 30 days of request.
- No more than one exchange per purchased item.
- We will not cover shipping costs for exchanges sent internationally or to non-continental USA states.
